Not sure how your work is classified? LeTip publishes official category definitions. See them in Resources.
Good to know.
What does "open category" mean?
LeTip gives each member an exclusive seat for their profession. An open category is one no current member holds, so a qualified professional in that field can apply.
How to joinMy profession is not on either list. Can I still join?
Possibly. The open list is a starting point, not every possible category. LeTip keeps an official category list, and chapter leadership confirms fit. Email us or visit a meeting to ask.
Visit a meetingWhat if my category is already taken?
Only one member can hold it here. A member may agree to split a category, and other LeTip chapters in New Jersey may have the seat open. Ask us and we will point you in the right direction.
What is a power partner?
A business that serves the same customers as you without competing, like a roofer and a home improvement contractor. Power partners tend to pass each other the most tips.
