Visit as our guestWhat happens at a weekly meeting?
LeTip meetings follow a structured format: each member gives a short commercial about their business, officers give reports, a member presents, and members pass tips to one another in the room.
Visit a meetingWhat is a 30-second commercial?
Every Tuesday each member gets about 30 seconds to tell the room who they are, what they do and what a good tip looks like. The template above walks you through writing yours.
Hear them in personCan I visit without committing?
Yes. Guests are welcome every Tuesday at 8:00 AM at Icarus Brewing Company in Brick Township. Visiting is the best way to see whether the room is a fit for your business.
Book a guest visitWhat does it take to join LeTip of Brick?
Visit a Tuesday meeting as a guest. Under LeTip bylaws a prospective member attends two meetings and may apply as early as the first. The chapter then inspects the application and the business, and the members vote. Your profession must be open, because each category has one seat.
How to joinCategories & seats
Why is only one business allowed per category?
LeTip bylaws give each member an exclusive seat for their profession. That removes competition inside the room, so every member can refer the same trusted person every time.
See open categoriesWhat does "one seat per category" mean?
Each official LeTip category, such as a realtor, a plumber or an accountant, can be held by only one member in a chapter. Once you hold your category, no competitor can join LeTip of Brick, and every member refers that kind of work to you.
See open categoriesIs my category open?
Use the category check on this page, or see the full open categories list. If your profession is not listed either way, ask us. Chapter leadership confirms category fit.

What is a qualified tip?
A person or company interested in a specific product or service who expects a call. Members record each tip in LeTip Wired so the chapter can track follow-up and closed business.
How tips workHow many referrals do members pass?
The LeTip minimum is four qualified tips a month per member. As a chapter we passed 1,006 tips from Jan 1 to Oct 15, 2026 (LeTip Wired chapter tip report, October 15, 2026).
What counts toward the four-tip minimum?
Under LeTip rules, inside tips, outside tips, tips to other chapters and qualifying social media tips can all count. An escrow tip, written to an open category, does not count until that seat is filled.
Tip trainingHow are tips tracked?
Members record every tip in LeTip Wired, the LeTip International member platform and mobile app. The member who receives the tip is notified, and the chapter tip report shows tips given and the value members report from closed business.
