Who we are
This policy explains how MonOc Money Makers, the LeTip of Brick chapter of LeTip International (“the chapter”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through monocmm.com. The chapter is a business referral group that meets weekly in Brick Township, New Jersey. LeTip® is a trademark of LeTip International, Inc.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the forms on this site:
- Contact details: your name, email address and phone number.
- Business details: your business name and category, if you ask to visit or join.
- Referral request details: the service you need, your town and anything you write about the job.
- Text message consent: whether you agreed to receive SMS messages, and when.
Our forms are powered by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), which may record technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the form. This site may use cookies or analytics tools to understand how pages are used. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
How we use it
- To respond to your request to visit a meeting or apply for membership.
- To connect you with the chapter member who can help with your referral request.
- To send confirmations, reminders and updates you asked for.
- To keep the site and forms working and secure.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from the chapter, such as appointment confirmations, reminders and service-related updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of visiting, joining or requesting a referral. SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions only as long as needed to respond to you, run the chapter and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Children
This site is meant for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
- Unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP, or from emails with the unsubscribe link.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser.
