Many hands, one room.
A LeTip chapter runs on volunteers. Beyond the elected board, members take on roles like Ethics Chair, Program Director, Mentor, Business Mixer Chair and Publicity Chair. Each role keeps one part of the chapter working, from the weekly program to welcoming new members, and every one is a chance to lead.
