MonOc Money Makers is LeTip of Brick, a LeTip International chapter founded in February 2025 for Monmouth and Ocean County, New Jersey. 35 local business owners meet every Tuesday at 8:00 AM in Brick Township to pass qualified referrals, and each holds the only seat for their profession.

The chapter started in February 2025 and has grown to 35 members: tradespeople, agents, lenders, attorneys, advisors and service businesses from across both counties. Members learn each other’s businesses every week so they can recommend one another with confidence.
From Jan 1 to Oct 15, 2026, members passed 1,006 tips and reported $692,143 in business value. Over the past 12 months the chapter ranked #8 in New Jersey for tips passed.

Steps For Hope is a 5K run and 2-mile walk, a community-driven event put together by LeTip of Brick and JAR of Hope. It raises awareness and funds for Duchenne muscular dystrophy. The first race started at Icarus Brewing and finished at Windward Park. It is now an annual chapter event.
