Good to know.
When do I need a real estate attorney?
Commonly for purchase agreements, closings and disputes over a real estate transaction. The attorney can tell you what your situation requires.
When should I talk to an estate planning attorney?
When you want a will or trust in place, after major life events, or when planning how assets pass to family. Earlier is usually easier.
Is the referral itself legal advice?
No. The chapter only makes the introduction. Any legal advice comes from the attorney once you contact them.
How are these pros vetted?
Each member visited the chapter, applied, passed a chapter inspection of their application and business, and was approved by a member vote. They meet every Tuesday and are expected to pass at least four qualified tips a month.
