Good to know.
Can I find a real estate agent and a lender in one place?
Yes. The chapter has one residential real estate member, one commercial real estate member, one mortgage loan member and one banker, and they refer each other regularly.
Do I need a real estate attorney too?
Many New Jersey buyers and sellers use one. The chapter has a real estate attorney in its Legal group.
Is there a cost to get a referral?
No. Referral requests are free. You deal with the member directly on their own terms.
How are these pros vetted?
Each member visited the chapter, applied, passed a chapter inspection of their application and business, and was approved by a member vote. They meet every Tuesday and are expected to pass at least four qualified tips a month.
